Saw Frieda to have my ears cleaned..phoned her for an appointment asap and surprised that she offered to see me in 2 days ! Wow I was expecting a lot longer waiting time. Once there she was extremely calming and talked about what she was doing constantly making me comfortable. Problem was solved quickly and gave me future guidance too . Frieda greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. She carried out and thorough examination of my ears and explained the treatment she was then able to complete. This was followed by a hearing test and again the results were explained in a very interesting and clear way.

I took my 91 year old mother to see Frieda after a failed hearing test. Her ears were too blocked to carry out the test! Frieda was amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful. My mother had had a bad experience in the past and is a very apprehensive person, so was very nervous about having her ears looked at. Frieda spent time finding out exactly what had happened in the past and spent a considerable amount of time explaining and reassuring my mother at every step. Frieda was so patient and constantly monitored my mother while carrying out the procedure. I would (and have) recommended Frieda to everyone and feel fortunate that we have found her.
